AMALYZE FAQs – Here you will find the most frequently asked questions about our AMAZON Seller Tool. Compilation of the most frequently asked questions.
In order to book AMALYZE Shield, you are currently still booking an AMALYZE Toolbox subscription, as the user administration and payment are currently still running through the Toolbox. You can then use Shield with the same access data that you used when booking the Toolbox Research Module from us. As soon as you have booked, you can login here Login-Page to AMALYZE Shield.
You can use Shield with the same credentials as the AMALYZE Toolbox via this Login or via the link to Shield from the Toolbox interface.
Please note that you will be logged out of the toolbox when you log in to Shield and vice versa. If you have questions about using Shield, come to one of our free live webinars. Here you can find the Calendar.
Shield is constantly being further developed in terms of features and modules. As a matter of principle, we cannot make any statements about planned features and the time of completion and will communicate these after completion via the channels mentioned in the terms and conditions. Just come to our Facebook group, there you can get the updates and communicate with us.
Parallel login between Toolbox and Shield is not possible. It is also not possible for two people with the same access data to work in parallel on different devices (computer or browser). If you want to set up additional accesses, please contact our support.
